Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using tryglovix.com (the "Site") or placing any order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, you may have additional mandatory rights under your state's consumer protection laws; nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights where they cannot be contractually waived.
2. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration (US Consumers)
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Glovix agree to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site ("Disputes") through individual, binding arbitration, rather than in court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may pursue a Dispute in small claims court in your county of residence if the claim qualifies.
To initiate arbitration, contact us first at support@tryglovix.com. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days before formal arbitration commences.

By placing an order on the Site, you offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms. We may accept or reject your order at our sole discretion. We accept your offer only when we send an order confirmation email or ship the products, whichever occurs first. Until that point, no contract has been formed.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we process and transmit orders to our fulfillment partners quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@tryglovix.com. If your order has already entered processing or shipment, it will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
7. Pricing, Availability and Errors
All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or availability of a product you ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund.
8. Shipping Information and Non-Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring the tracking information we provide. If an order is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete address details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we may, at our discretion, reship the order at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs, in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Contact Us Before Initiating a Dispute
By placing an order, you agree to first contact our support team at support@tryglovix.com to attempt to resolve any issue with your order — including non-delivery, product defects or billing questions — before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable card-network rules, but failure to contact us first may result in delays in resolving your issue.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos and software, is owned by or licensed to Glovix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any harmful, offensive or fraudulent content; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; or (e) submit false or misleading information.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
