Last updated: May 11, 2026  ·  Effective: May 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. By using our site or placing an order, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Glovix ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating tryglovix.com ("the Site"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our Site or make a purchase.

For purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Glovix is the "controller" of your personal information. We also act as a "business" under applicable United States state privacy laws when processing personal information of US residents. Contact us at: support@tryglovix.com

2. What We Collect and Why

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity and contact data — name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number
  • Order and transaction data — products purchased, order dates, amounts, payment status, last four digits of card, expiration date
  • Payment and fraud-prevention data — tokenized card information, transaction risk scores, device and browser identifiers, IP address (processed by Stripe on our behalf)
  • Usage and device data — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location collected via cookies and tracking pixels
  • Marketing data — email marketing preferences and engagement

Legal bases (GDPR)

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing and delivering your orders, managing payments, handling returns and customer service
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — fraud detection, chargeback prevention, security, analytics and Site improvement
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — marketing communications, non-essential cookies and the Meta Pixel where required by law
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — compliance with applicable laws and responding to lawful requests

3. Payments — Stripe

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or security codes on our systems. All card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and its affiliates ("Stripe"). Stripe collects and processes your payment information solely for transaction processing, fraud prevention and legal compliance, in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We receive from Stripe only limited data: last four digits of your card, card brand, expiration date, billing country, and transaction results, which we use to associate your payment with your order, manage refunds and handle disputes.

4. Order Fulfillment — CJDropshipping

We use CJDropshipping to source, pack and ship orders. To fulfill your order, we share with them your name, shipping address, phone number, ordered products and, where necessary, email address or customs information. CJDropshipping processes your personal information solely to provide fulfillment services and is contractually prohibited from using it for independent purposes, except where required by law. See the CJDropshipping Privacy Policy.

5. Meta Pixel and Advertising Cookies

We use the Meta Pixel on our Site to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant ads to visitors on those platforms. The Meta Pixel collects data including your IP address, browser information, pages visited and actions taken on the Site.

Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies (including Meta Pixel and analytics cookies) are used only with your consent where required by applicable law. You can manage your cookie preferences via the Cookie Settings link in the footer of the Site. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

6. US State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and others)

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Request access to and deletion of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable

We treat data shared with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws. Exercise your rights by contacting us at support@tryglovix.com or using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer.

7. Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM

If you subscribe to marketing emails, we will use your email address to send you news, offers and content about our products. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Our commercial emails identify our business, include a clear opt-out mechanism, and are sent in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable laws.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Order data is typically retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or request deletion.

9. International Data Transfers

We operate from Lithuania (EU) and transfer personal data to our service providers including Stripe (US) and CJDropshipping (China). These transfers are made under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required by GDPR.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your payment card numbers or security codes to third parties.

11. Your Rights (GDPR)
