Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and external factors outside our control such as customs processing, weather events or carrier disruptions.
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and contact the carrier or us if there appear to be issues with delivery. You can also track your order at tryglovix.com/track-order.
4. Delays
If we are unable to ship your order within the advertised timeframe or within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you by email with a revised estimated ship date and give you the option to: (a) accept the new timeframe, or (b) cancel your order for a full refund. This is in compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Incorrect Addresses and Refused Deliveries
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide or for shipments that are refused or uncollected. If a package is returned to us for these reasons, we may, at our discretion, reship the package at your cost or issue a refund minus any shipping charges incurred.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@tryglovix.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.
